Slowing down in the Qigong form is the way to give myself more time in the day.  The practice helps me to think clearer, rest my brain and increase my creativity.  This all allows me to be more productive.

I so appreciate how Laura teaches this class.  It's building a foundational base in my body.  Your objectives met so well with my own objectives.

Gina Nostrant,
Inspirational Coach

My favorite part of the course was looking forward to starting my morning with the qigong. I could truly feel my energy change during the practice.  It was really wonderful. I'm definitely sleeping better, and am more creative. During my practice I would get these  inspirations throughout the day. So for that I'm super grateful, and I'm really excited to keep my practice up. Thank you.

FAQS

Are there any shorter videos than 30 minutes?

Yes! There are videos that are 15-20 minutes if you’d like a shorter practice. There are also exercise only videos that are shorter yet. For example I have a 10-minute Awakening Spring video for your busiest days.

Can I access the videos to practice at my most convenient time?

Yes, you will have a username and password to the course so that you can open the video link at your convenience.

What is the best time to practice qigong?

The best time is first thing in the morning after having a cup of hot water. Even if you're not a morning person, you can still benefit. Other good times to practice are before lunch, before dinner or in the evening after you’ve digested your dinner. You don’t want to practice on a full stomach, when you are hungry, if it’s too cold or too hot, if you are sick, too exhausted or overly emotional.

Where is the best place to practice qigong?

Outdoors when possible or in a clean beautiful space.

When are the group healing sessions?

Thursday evenings at 7pm EST

Can I get more information about the course before purchasing?

Yes, click here to CONTACT and speak with Laura.
