Simple Daily Routine

Here is my simple daily routine that I’ve been doing for as long as I can remember.  Upon waking, I drink a glass of warm lemon water (1/4 lemon in 16 ounces of warm water).  This helps to hydrate my cells, cleanse my liver and to support elimination.  Nope - I don’t drink coffee!  Next if I’m feeling scattered, I’ll do 5-15 minutes of Standing Qigong Meditation.  (Stand with feet shoulder width apart facing forward with arms by your side,  breathe and still the mind).  Next practice Seasonal Qigong such as Yi Jin Jing. This next step is important - after I’ve  gotten myself  together and am ready for my day, I have a warm breakfast.  This warms up and relaxes the stomach and spleen preparing them to properly digest  breakfast and support the ability to digest life one moment at a time.

Wake up from the sleepy watery time of Winter with Yi Jin Jing. Spring is the season of the wood element. My Yi Jin Jing Qigong online training is perfect for Spring when the seeds that have been resting deep in the earth are beginning to rumble under our feet.  We also begin to feel our energy rumbling and awakening with the coming of spring.  

 

Yi Jin Jing Qigong, Tendon and Ligament Strengthening Qigong, is an active Qigong training that warms your tendons and ligaments and gets your body ready to move from the watery Wintertime of deep rest and restoration to Spring where we are more active and engaged in all aspects of life.  

 

The online training allows you to practice on your own schedule.
