Are there any shorter videos than 30 minutes?Yes! There are videos that are 15-20 minutes if you’d like a shorter practice. There are also exercise only videos that are shorter yet. For example I have a 10-minute Awakening Spring video for your busiest days.
Can I access the videos to practice at my most convenient time?Yes, you will have a username and password to the course so that you can open the video link at your convenience.
What is the best time to practice qigong?The best time is first thing in the morning after having a cup of hot water. Even if you're not a morning person, you can still benefit. Other good times to practice are before lunch, before dinner or in the evening after you’ve digested your dinner. You don’t want to practice on a full stomach, when you are hungry, if it’s too cold or too hot, if you are sick, too exhausted or overly emotional.
Where is the best place to practice qigong?Outdoors when possible or in a clean beautiful space.
